For a short period of time this evening, the online registration process was returning errors for some users. Once our team noticed the issue, it was quickly resolved and registration is functioning as expected for all users.
We were able to track the problem back to an error in a minor feature update that was not caught by peer code review, automated integration testing, and not immediately noticed in the production environment.
